BRYAN PERRY

CHIEF OF STAFF AND GENERAL COUNSEL AT BALTIMORE CITY COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Bryan currently serve as chief of staff & general counsel at Baltimore City Community College (BCCC), where he advises and counsels the president and senior staff on all legal matters, strategic decisions and long range planning for the College, special presidential projects, and manages the implementation of all major initiatives outlined in BCCC’s strategic plan and the president’s agenda. Bryan is a 2016 Lakin Institute Fellow and a 2017 graduate of the Associated Black Charities Board Pipeline Project. He currently serves on the strategic planning committee for the National Association of Collegiate and University Attorneys (NACUA), and has served on the editorial board of NACUANOTES. Bryan serves on the executive leadership board of “Ready At Five”, is an Emerging Leader Ambassador of the United Way of Central Maryland, on the legislative action committee of the National Kidney Foundation, and the Leadership Society of the Pratt Contemporaries of the Enoch Pratt Free Library. Bryan is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Morgan State University.
