Kiana B. Jones is a seasoned professional and entrepreneur. She is the Founder and driving force behind Beehive Enterprise Professionals (B.E.P.), and the co-founder/Managing Director of Beehive Connected Group (BCG). Also, she currently holds the position of Financial/Grant Analyst for a Maryland non-profit organization.

Kiana brings extensive experience in the areas business development, accounting, tax, grant management, finance, strategic planning and teaching. Kiana earned her master’s degree in Accounting and Management from Walden University. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Management Science at Coppin State University. In addition to higher education, Kiana has earned countless hours of coursework in the areas of secondary education, leadership, business development, and communication.

Kiana served as an analyst for over 15 years in higher education for domestic and international grants/contracts administration; as well as, financial management at public and private institutions. Kiana is both an education and community advocate who serves as a board member for youth and community organizations. She is the proud mom of three creative, intelligent, and talented young adults.
