A recent graduate, with a degree in Sociology and concentration in structural inequality and change, Novella is dedicated to positively impacting structural change on the local level in Baltimore. As Novella re-enters the Baltimore area, she is excited to embrace powerful non-profit spaces dedicated to serving the community. Novella’s past professional experiences includes working at Howard County’s Mediation & Conflict Resolution Center, and she is excited to apply the skills she cultivated there to her work here at Wide Angle!
