Moira Fratantuono
CHIEF DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
Moira has extensive experience in creative youth development, with a career dedicated to strengthening community relationships and uplifting the voices of historically marginalized communities. Her artistic work has included facilitating murals in the U.S. and abroad, co-creating an international collaborative blog connecting youth in Baltimore and India, and illustrating a bilingual children’s book. She has also contributed to projects in Honduras, Nicaragua, Vietnam, and India.
After completing her Master’s in Community Arts at the Maryland Institute College of Art, Moira spent several years working with BCCC’s Refugee Youth Project to support the social and emotional integration of refugee youth resettled in Baltimore. She later joined Wide Angle Youth Media, where she has held a range of leadership roles spanning teaching, program management, development, communications, and organizational strategy. Today, Moira serves as Chief Development & Communications Officer, helping to advance Wide Angle’s mission and amplify the impact of its programs.
