FOUNDER & CEO, ARCADIA STRATEGY GROUP

Peter Metsopoulos is the Founder and CEO of Arcadia Strategies Group, a consultancy for nonprofits and schools, and the Executive Director to the Center for Theory of Change. He has served as the co-founder of a charter middle school in Baltimore City, a presenter at national and local conferences, an educator for 18 years, a manager of teams, and a collaborative leader dedicated to enrolling people in the movement toward meaningful change.

As a first generation college graduate raised by his mother and older sister, he believes in equity, education, and empathy as the solutions to pretty much every problem. Peter has a graduate certificate in Educational Leadership from Johns Hopkins; he has also attended the Leadership Lab at the Gardner Carney Leadership Institute (gcLi). He earned a B.A. in literature from Columbia University.  With all of that, the best thing he's done is raise three wise and kind young adults.
